Description
Clyde R Hoey was a Democratic politician, born in 1877 in Shelby, North Carolina. During his lifetime he served as a State Senator as well as State Representative. Most importantly, he served as North Carolinas Governor from 1937 to 1941. Hoey died in 1954 in his Washington D.C office. Autographed and framed photograph of Clyde R. Hoey (undated).
